We're Hiring: Commi Chef 2 (Indian & South Indian Cuisine)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 1-2 years

Salary: ?18,000 - ?20,000

Timing: 10 AM - 10 PM (Break shift)

We are looking for passionate and skilled Commi Chefs with expertise in Indian and South Indian cuisines to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of traditional recipes, kitchen hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure proper food storage and safety standards
Ensure consistency and quality in every dish prepared
Support in inventory management and mise-en-place preparation
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service timelines
