Job Summary
Paradisa Nature Resort, a premium nature retreat in Idukki, is looking for a passionate and hardworking Commi Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in daily food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure high-quality food service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces as per instructions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a Commi Chef
Basic knowledge of Indian and/or Continental cuisine (depending on kitchen style)
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Accommodation and food
