Key Responsibilities:



Maintain stock levels for food items and ensure timely replenishment. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment regularly. Prepare food in accordance with SOPs, ensuring consistent quality and taste. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times. Monitor and manage food costs and minimize wastage. Handle food items and stock efficiently during peak periods. Ensure timely delivery of food orders. Present food attractively according to presentation standards. Collect and consider customer feedback to improve food quality. Coordinate effectively with other departments for smooth kitchen operations.

Education:



UG: Any Graduate BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology) BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management) B.A. in Hotel Management Diploma in Hotel Management
