Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, washing, peeling, marination). Prepare mise-en-place for daily operations. Follow instructions from Commi II, Commi I, and Chef de Partie. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations. Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies. Ensure all ingredients are properly labeled and stored. Support senior chefs during rush hours. Follow standard recipes and portion control. Adhere to restaurant safety and sanitation standards (FSSAI guidelines). Report any equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
