Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Commi I Chef (Indian Curry)
to join our culinary team in
Delhi
. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing traditional Indian curries and gravies with attention to taste, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and cooking Indian curries and related dishes.
Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent quality.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Support senior chefs in daily operations.
Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Indian curry section (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of spices, gravies, and Indian cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
