Execute basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, cleaning, slicing, and measuring ingredients for dishes.
Hygiene & Safety:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen and on your workstation.
Station Support:
Ensure your assigned cooking station is stocked and ready for service, and help with the setup and breakdown of stations.
Stock Management:
Assist with receiving deliveries, managing kitchen supplies, and monitoring stock levels and movement.
Equipment Care:
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils to keep them in good working order and prevent hazards.
Team Assistance:
Support the entire kitchen team by assisting senior chefs, helping with other duties when short-staffed, and participating in team meetings.
