We are hiring a

Commi 3

to join our kitchen team immediately at our Vilacheri, Madurai location. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Handle ingredients properly and ensure freshness Support in inventory and stock maintenance Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

are eligible Previous experience as Commi 3 or kitchen assistant preferred Willing to work with discipline and enthusiasm
