We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commi 3 to join our kitchen team. The role involves assisting senior chefs in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Continental Dishes
Assist in basic food preparation under the guidance of Commi 1 and Commi 2.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per company policy.
Assist in chopping, cutting, washing, and portioning ingredients.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
Support in daily kitchen operations and help in dish plating as instructed.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage (freshers can also apply).
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good hygiene habits and attention to detail.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Education:
12th Pass with the experience in Food industry or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
