Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Prepare ingredients (mise en place), wash, chop, peel, marinate, and portion ingredients for various Indian dishes.

Cooking Assistance:

Support Commis 1/2 and senior chefs by monitoring cooking processes, following recipes accurately, and helping with basic cooking tasks.

Station Management:

Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation with all necessary tools and ingredients before and during service.

Hygiene & Safety:

Adhere strictly to all food safety (HACCP), hygiene, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean work environment and proper food handling.

Quality Control:

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the kitchen's standards.

Stock Management:

Assist with receiving, storing, and managing kitchen supplies and inventory.

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team, assist colleagues, and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
