Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in preparing authentic North Indian dishes.
Support with cutting, chopping, marination, and mise-en-place.
Learn and execute recipes under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
Properly store raw and cooked ingredients.
Assist in buffet setups, live counters, or ala carte service as required.
Requirements
6 months - 1 year of experience in a North Indian kitchen.
Basic knowledge of North Indian gravies, breads, tandoor, and snacks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to relocate to Chikkamagalur.
