Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tikka, etc.
Assist the Tandoor Chef in daily operations.
Ensure proper marination and cooking consistency.
Maintain recipe SOPs and portion control.
Supervise and guide Commi 2 in basic preparation tasks.
Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
For Commi 2 (Junior Role):
Assist Commi 1 and Tandoor Chef in preparation work.
Handle mise-en-place: chopping, marination, dough preparation, etc.
Ensure tandoor is cleaned, lit, and maintained before/after use.
Learn and practice tandoor cooking under supervision.
Follow instructions carefully and support in peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned section.
