Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
Follow recipes and portion standards as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces.
Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards.
Support the kitchen team during service hours.
Comply with hotel policies, food safety, and HACCP standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Commis II or Commis III in a hotel or restaurant.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays.
