Golden Castle Restaurant is looking for a motivated and hardworking
Commi 2
to support the kitchen team in food preparation and daily operations while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of food items as per standard recipes
Support Commi 1 and Chef de Partie in kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies
Help in basic cooking, cutting, marination, and plating
Reduce food wastage and handle ingredients responsibly
Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from seniors
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
0-2 years of experience
in a similar role
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
Culinary / hotel management course preferred
Willingness to learn and grow in kitchen operations
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and team spirit
