Prepare and cook menu items in assigned kitchen sections under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the restaurant or hotel's quality standards.
Maintain mise en place for assigned stations before, during, and after service.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the culinary leadership team
