Job Description

Key responsibilities

Food preparation:

Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients; weigh and mix items for recipes; prepare cold foods and set up workstations.

Cooking:

Cook dishes according to standard recipes, quality standards, and presentation techniques, often under the direction of a senior chef.

Hygiene and safety:

Keep the kitchen, work stations, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized; follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Stock and inventory:

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, managing stock, and minimizing waste to control food costs.

Teamwork:

Support senior chefs and other kitchen staff; assist other team members as needed; help train new cooks.

Other duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by management; be aware of emergency procedures; maintain professional appearance and uniform.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
