Commis II - Chinese Cuisine
to join our dynamic culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chinese Chef in preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes.
Ensure all food preparation meets hotel quality standards and hygiene protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Support inventory control and ensure minimal food wastage.
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (hotel or standalone restaurant).
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (wok, steaming, frying, etc.).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, passion for cooking, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
