Job Description

We are Looking for an Allrounder Commii I Chef for a star hotel in Guruvayur, specializing in Vegetarian cuisine, who prepares, cook and serve food in South Indian & North Indian & Chinese Cuisines while maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation.

Assisting with cooking various dishes, following recipes, and ensuring food is prepared to the correct standards. Keeping their work area clean and organized, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained. Properly storing food, following food safety protocols, and adhering to hygiene practices. Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff and assisting with other tasks as needed. Assisting with receiving deliveries, checking expiration dates, and reporting any issues. Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and taste, and that dishes are presented appropriately. Food Preparation including washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients as directed by the chef.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
