2)Responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic South Indian
3)Dishes like dosa, idli, sambar, rasam, and chutneys, maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards within a designated kitchen station
4)while ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations; they typically supervise a small team of cooks and report to the Sous Chef.
5)Expertly prepare a wide range of South Indian dishes according to established recipes, ensuring proper flavor profiles and textures.
6)Maintain consistency in the quality and presentation of all dishes served.
