Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Clean dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including floors, walls, and cooking equipment Ensure the proper storage and handling of kitchen tools and utensils Dispose of garbage and recycling in a sanitary manner Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation when needed Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages Follow health and safety guidelines strictly Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area Help with unloading and storing deliveries
