Maintain high hygiene and quality standards in the pastry section.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all baked and dessert items.
Prepare and assist in the production of pastries, desserts, and bakery items as per menu and standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in the efficient use of ingredients.
Follow kitchen protocols and work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team.
Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management or Bakery & Confectionery.
Completed industrial training in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (including training period).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, dedicated to kitchen schedules, and passionate about pastry arts.
