Job Description

Ingredient Preparation:

Cleaning, chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients as directed by the Chef de Partie.

Cooking Assistance:

Assisting with the cooking of various dishes, following recipes and instructions.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and adhering to hygiene standards.

Delivery Management:

Assisting with the unloading and organization of deliveries.

Follow-Up:

Following instructions, ensuring work is completed correctly, and seeking guidance from senior chefs when needed.

Quality Control:

Monitoring the quality of food and ensuring proper portion sizes.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to the appropriate personnel.

Health and Safety:

Adhering to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Teamwork:

Supporting the team during service periods and assisting other chefs as needed.

Pay: ?11,478.84 - ?19,929.80 per month
