Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and cooking of
North Indian dishes
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Assist in mise-en-place and kitchen cleanliness
Coordinate with kitchen team during service hours
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as Commi in North Indian kitchen
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Knowledge of South Indian dishes is
optional
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
