Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook
pizza, pasta, coffee
, and multi-cuisine dishes.
Assist the CDP and Head Chef in day-to-day operations.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per
FSSAI standards
.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage mise-en-place and workstation setup.
Handle inventory, stock rotation, and follow FIFO.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Support smooth order flow during peak hours.
Skills & Requirements
Strong experience in
Italian cuisine (Pizza & Pasta)

Good knowledge of
coffee brewing & machine handling
.
Ability to work across multiple cuisines.
Good teamwork, discipline, and time management.
Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced kitchen.
Salary Range
?15,000 - ?18,000 per month
