Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Prepare ingredients and basic dishes as per standard recipes.
Support smooth functioning of meal services.
Practice portion control and reduce kitchen wastage.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Indian and basic Continental cuisine
Team player with a positive attitude
High standards of personal hygiene
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
