Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Ensure all food items are prepared hygienically and on time.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
Follow proper portion control and minimize wastage.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Support junior kitchen staff and ensure teamwork within the section.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Participate in daily mise-en-place (preparation) before service.
