Job Summary:


The Commis I supports the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook assigned dishes as per standard recipes Assist in supervising Commis II and III Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP) Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment Support smooth kitchen operations during service

Commis II (Junior Commis Chef)



Job Summary:


The Commis II assists in food preparation and supports senior kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in basic food preparation and cooking Follow instructions from Commis I and Chef de Partie Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment Ensure proper storage of food items Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

Commis III (Trainee Commis Chef)



Job Summary:


The Commis III is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in basic kitchen tasks and learning professional cooking standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with vegetable preparation and basic kitchen duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen Support senior chefs during service Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
