Urgent requirement for Commi 1 /Commi 2 required for Guwahati Airport.

Immediate Joining

SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE OF ATLEAST 1 YEAR.

Food Preparation:

Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits, preparing basic salads and sauces, and accurately measuring ingredients for dishes. Cooking:

Assisting in cooking various dishes as directed by senior chefs, including basic items like eggs, pasta, and vegetables. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area and ensuring work stations are sanitized. Stock & Inventory: Receiving and verifying deliveries, managing stock levels, and monitoring inventory to identify low supplies. Health & Safety: Adhering to strict food health and safety regulations and ensuring proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage. Plating & Presentation: Assisting with the plating and presentation of meal items as per the instructions of senior chefs. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting is helpful but not always required, with this role often being an entry point for new culinary professionals. Skills: Strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure are essential. Knowledge: Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices. Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
