Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Bakery Chef to join our team! As a Commi 1 Bakery Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, learning, and executing other kitchen-related responsibilities, and contributing to food process operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and bake a variety of cakes and desserts

2. Maintain quality standards and presentation

3. Learn and assist in other kitchen stations (grill, saute, prep, etc.)

4. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menus

5. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards

6. Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization

Requirements

1. Bakery or pastry experience

2. Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong attention to detail and quality control

5. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
