About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Valuations Senior Manager.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a Commercial Valuations team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with Commercial Valuations functional area or who are affected by its outcomes Review, comprehend, and analyze financial statements, inventory reports, and fixed asset listings for the purpose of estimating Net Orderly Liquidation Value and Net Forced Liquidation Value against inventory, machinery, and equipment assets in a borrowing base structure Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Commercial Valuations functional area Determine appropriate strategy and actions of a Commercial Valuations team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Commercial Valuations operations with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility Collaborate with and influence Commercial Valuations professionals, including senior managers, as well as interact directly with external customers Interact with third party appraisal firms, business development, credit, underwriting, and portfolio management, on individual transactions and is required to effectively communicate analytical results through both written word and verbal communication Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Commercial Valuations

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of Management experience
