Procurement in this space involves strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract management to support Shell's evolving mobility offerings and infrastructure development.
What's the role?
The Supply Chain Commercial Lead - Mobility Business will be part of the Mobility Supply chain organisation and responsible to deliver Top Quartile Procurement and Contract Management strategies and execution related to Mobility Marketing/Network in accordance with Category Management & Contracting Process. All value creation and improvement initiatives must be aligned with Mobility organization ensuring an improved total cost of ownership and seamless implementation together with business.
The Supply Chain Commercial Lead - Mobility will also be responsible for key relationship management & interface with the Mobility India Business, to provide pro-active strategic procurement and contracts management of all goods and services supplied by third party vendors from within/and from outside the country.
You will be responsible to deliver value and cost improvements to meet the business targets, using market intelligence, stakeholder needs analysis, contracting strategy development & implementation, tendering and other levers.
As a Supply Chain Commercial Lead you will be responsible to lead procurement activities that will support the initiatives which are either in scope for engineering, maintenance, equipment, EV and other such categories specific to Network Domain or for Marketing categories i.e. Payment and loyalty, Brand & Communications (B&C) and Non-Fuel Retail (NFR)/ Convenience Retail (CR) in the Mobility Business. negotiation, and contract management.
