Identify potential clients and corporate buyers, pitch commercial properties, and close high-value transactions.
Manage the full sales cycle including negotiations, documentation, and post-sales support.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to drive growth.
Channel Partner Sourcing & Management:
Identify, onboard, and develop a strong network of
channel partners
(brokers, real estate agencies, consultants).
Build long-term relationships with partners and continuously engage them with new inventory, training, and sales support.
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with sales goals and brand positioning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
MBA (Master of Business Administration)
is
mandatory
.
Minimum of 3
-5 years of experience
in real estate sales, with a
strong focus on commercial properties
and
channel partner development
.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and managing high-performing sales partners or broker networks.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, sales dashboards, and Microsoft Office.
