Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Figure out customer s needs by patiently listening, keenly understanding and asking necessary questions 2) Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles 3) Effectively close sales 4) Ensure that customer understands everything with regards to the vehicle s operating features, paperwork and warranty 5) Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals 6) Report to the sales manager with regards to reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities 7) Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers 8) Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales. Skills required: 1) Good Interpersonal and customer service skills 2) Excellent problem solving and organization skills 3) Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision 4) Firm work attitude
