Commercial Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's commercial client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans to management. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable deals. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and productivity. Ensure the sales team follows company policies, CRM processes, and reporting standards. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Train and develop sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
