Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Manage and lead the commercial sales team, ensuring performance and productivity.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners.
Handle end-to-end sales processes -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve post-sales issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
