Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's revenue and market share targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial sector (real estate, construction, corporate projects, or related industry). Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare reports for senior management. Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients and partners. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design proposals, pricing models, and promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5-10 years) in commercial sales, preferably in [insert industry: real estate, construction, or relevant sector]. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Performance Metrics:

Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Growth in client base and retention rate. Revenue generation and profitability from commercial projects. Team performance and development. Market share expansion.
