Key Responsibilities:




Manage

commercial luxury property sales and listings

, including office spaces, retail properties, and investment-grade assets. Assist

buyers and sellers

throughout the entire transaction process -- from property evaluation to final closing.

Negotiate high-value deals

, prepare and review commercial contracts and transaction documents. Promote commercial properties through

targeted marketing campaigns

, digital channels, and professional open houses. Build and maintain long-term relationships with

clients, investors, developers, and corporate stakeholders

. Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and opportunities in Mumbai's commercial real estate sector.

Requirements:




Proven experience in

luxury and/or commercial real estate sales

(Minimum 3 years). Strong

negotiation and communication

skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to

work independently

and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Knowledge of

commercial property market trends

, legal processes, and compliance in real estate transactions. Proficiency in

MS Office

, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
