Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales efforts for commercial space offerings across our projects.
Build and nurture relationships with existing CP networks and expand new partner alliances.
Source, engage and convert commercial investors, institutional buyers, and HNIs.
Drive site visits, investment pitches, and end-to-end client conversions.
Regularly update the leadership team with sales funnel status, market trends & investor behavior.
Work closely with the marketing team to strategize campaigns that resonate with commercial investors.
Negotiate deals, close agreements, and manage documentation in coordination with legal & finance teams.
Qualification:
3-10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with a proven track record.
Strong existing network of Channel Partners, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and commercial investors.
Strong understanding of commercial asset classes such as retail spaces, office parks, warehouses, and pre-leased assets.
Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle high-value transactions independently.
Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, client meetings, and investor events.
