Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Commercial RO Engineer

to manage and support day-to-day operations from the office, including

technical coordination, service scheduling, quotation preparation, and customer support

.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of RO systems and components, with the ability to handle documentation, service reports, and client communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with service engineers and clients for installation & maintenance scheduling. Prepare service reports, quotations, and technical documents. Maintain customer data, product records, and AMC files. Provide remote support for troubleshooting basic technical issues. Follow up with clients regarding service calls and feedback. Manage spare part requests and maintain inventory details. Ensure timely communication between office and field teams.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of

Commercial RO systems and components

. Strong computer skills -

MS Excel, Word, and Email communication

. Ability to prepare and manage technical documentation. Good communication and coordination abilities. Responsible, punctual, and well-organized personality.

Educational Qualification:

ITI or Diploma

in

Electrical / Mechanical / Fitter / Water Treatment

trades. Candidates with good computer and documentation skills preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Must be

regular and responsible

in attendance and reporting. Ability to manage coordination between office and field teams.

Male candidates preferred.
