Design and develop architectural layouts for commercial spaces and retail showrooms in line with brand identity and functional requirements.
Prepare concept designs, space planning, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations for retail and commercial projects.
Coordinate with clients to understand business needs, brand guidelines, budget, and timelines.
Develop working drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material selections for execution.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, MEP consultants, and interior designers to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
Oversee site execution, conduct regular site visits, and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and statutory approvals.
Manage project timelines, quality standards, and cost controls.
Incorporate sustainable design practices and efficient space utilization.
Coordinate handover documentation and as-built drawings upon project completion.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in commercial and retail showroom design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of retail branding, customer flow, and display planning.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
