We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Pre-Sales Executive

to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This role is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting site visits, and converting potential clients into sales prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial real estate trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential commercial real estate buyers and investors. Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs. Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients. Present commercial property offerings in a compelling and professional manner. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and track them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts. Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help refine property offerings. Support the sales team in closing deals by preparing documentation and facilitating client communication.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, preferably commercial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and client management abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Knowledge of local commercial real estate markets is a plus. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and property.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
