The Sales & Operations Manager will take full ownership of sales numbers, follow-up systems, team hiring, training, and process implementation for GUIDEYU.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly sales numbers
Manage lead pipeline and follow-ups
Review team performance through DSR
Hire and train sales executives
Provide market knowledge and onboarding to new joiners
Implement sales processes and SOPs
Handle site visits, documentation, and coordination with accounts
Ensure zero lead leakage and full CRM updates
