Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of commercial property sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company\'s market presence and meet revenue targets.
Foster a positive and high-performing sales culture within the team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry.
Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute effective sales and promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
