Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and high-performing sales culture within the team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute effective sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
