We are looking for a candidate of following requirement,

Designation: Commercial property developer Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Qualification & Experience: Graduation/Post Graduation with 2-4 years of experience in commercial land development

Salary range: 25k-30k

Languages known: Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi

Key competences: Knowledge and Good behavior

1. Well Versed Local Knowledge about Real estate - Specifically Commercial Property Development from ground level to Top level - Knowledge required

2. Identifying and evaluating potential commercial property development opportunities

3. Conducting feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to determine project viability

4. Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets

5. Acquiring land or properties for commercial development

6. Negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts

7. Managing property disposition, including sales, leases, and other transactions

8. Overseeing construction, renovation, and fit-out of commercial properties

9. Managing contractors, architects, and other stakeholders

10. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

11. Securing funding for development projects, including loans, equity, and other financing options

12. Managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

13. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

14. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with commercial property development, including market, financial, and operational risks

15. Developing and implementing risk management strategies

16. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

17. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants or buyers

18. Managing leasing and sales processes, including negotiations and contract management

19. Building relationships with tenants, buyers, and other stakeholders

20. Collaborating with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, contractors, and local authorities

21. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

22. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
