We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst to join our growing team in India. In this entry-level role, you will play an important part in supporting our sales team by ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of our sales data. You will work closely with the Commercial Operations team to maintain our CRM system and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Maintenance
:
+ Accurately enter and update sales data in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
+ Ensure data integrity by conducting regular data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
+ Assist in the deduplication and cleansing of sales data
CRM System Support:
Learn and understand the functionalities of our CRM system.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales records and reports.
Troubleshoot basic CRM system issues and provide user support to sales team members.
Sales Process Support:
Assist in the development and maintenance of sales process documentation.
Support the implementation of new sales processes and tools.
Contribute to the improvement of sales workflows and efficiency.
Data Analysis (Basic):
Basic data analysis techniques using Excel.
Assist in the preparation of simple sales reports and dashboards.
Gain exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., basic charts and graphs).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with sales team members and other departments to gather and share information.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and functions).
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred but not required

Ability to work flexible hours in US, Europe, Asia or other time zones
Enterprise Software - Saas business
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
