Key Responsibilities:
Register new customer orders and update records in the system
Prepare and generate invoices in Tally or SAP Business One
Follow up with customers for payments and maintain outstanding reports
Keep proper documentation and filing of accounting records
Support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order status and dispatch updates
Qualifications:
Education:
M.Com (Master of Commerce)
Experience:
1-2 years in accounts or admin role
Required Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of
Tally ERP / SAP Business One
Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
