Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify new business opportunities via cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research.

Client Engagement:

Meet with potential and existing clients (in-person/virtual) to understand needs and build rapport.

Sales & Negotiation:

Present products/services, tailor solutions, negotiate terms (price, delivery), and close deals.

Account Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.

Reporting & Strategy:

Use CRM software to track sales, report on performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, technical, and support teams for seamless customer experience.

Representation:

Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven sales track record with targets met. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of products/services and market. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Typical Goals

Achieve monthly, quarterly, or annual sales quotas. Grow revenue and expand market share. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
