Role Purpose

The Manager - Commercial will manage and oversee commercial activities under Business Planning & Project (BP&P),including contract management, billing, taxation compliance, vendor coordination, cost control, and commercialnegotiations. The role ensures smooth execution of project and operational commercial activities in alignment withbusiness plans.

Commercial Operations Management



? Manage end-to-end commercial activities related to projects and business planning.

? Oversee contracts, vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment coordination.

? Ensure adherence to commercial terms and conditions as per purchase orders and agreements.

Billing & Payment Coordination



? Ensure accurate processing of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

? Coordinate with Finance for timely payments and reconciliations.

? Resolve discrepancies related to billing and commercial documentation.

. Taxation & Statutory Compliance



? Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, customs, and other applicable statutory regulations.

? Coordinate with Finance and tax consultants for returns, reconciliations, and filings.

? Handle statutory audits, assessments, and compliance-related queries.

4. Cost Control & Commercial Negotiation



? Lead commercial negotiations with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

? Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project and operational costs.

? Prepare cost sheets, rate analysis, and support management decisions.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination



? Manage vendor relationships for smooth commercial and contractual execution.

? Resolve disputes related to pricing, billing, taxation, and contract terms.

? Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Stores, Projects, and Logistics teams.

6. Reporting & MIS



? Prepare and present commercial MIS, cost analysis, and compliance reports.

? Track KPIs related to commercial efficiency, savings, and statutory compliance.

? Support management with accurate commercial data for planning and review.

7. Team Management



? Lead and guide the commercial team for efficient execution of responsibilities.

? Allocate work, monitor performance, and support team development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
