Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial functions including sales, marketing, and business development.
Review tender documents and prepare competitive quotes, BOQs, and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely tender submissions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing decisions.
Negotiate and manage contracts, POs, and agreements.
Prepare cost estimates, analyze vendor quotes, and manage pricing models.
Build and maintain strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships.
Manage pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams for smooth project execution.
Oversee RA Bills, Final Bills, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
