The Well Fargo Commercial Real Estate division has consistently outperformed its competitors thereby taking a leading market share in the US. EGS Commercial Real estate team has 470+ team members across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This team provides back-end support on all commercial real estate loans originated by Wells Fargo and provides servicing support for 500+ billion outstanding loans.

About the Role
Performs activities related to Commercial Real Estate loans, which includes analyzing the performance of a property/portfolio based on review of client provided data, market research and LOB specific lending guidelines.

Responsibilities
Knowledge and experience in commercial mortgage servicing including commercial mortgage loan structures and accounting, interpretation of a loan and loan servicing agreements
Ability to interpret and understand Loan documents and Loan Servicing Agreements
Update, analyze the company\'s mortgage loan system of record and other systems with apt data
Generate systems queries, as required/requested
Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information
Support maintenance of department databases
Quality check for the loans
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Exhibits detail oriented skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word MS Access
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Ability to adapt to change
Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
Working with teams and be an active participant
Exhibits a commitment to the company
