Job Title: Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point Office)

Reporting To: Associate Partner

Budget: ₹30,000 to 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 2-4 years (Post-Qualification)

We are looking for a Senior Attorney with solid experience in commercial litigation and arbitration to join our Mumbai office. The role involves independently handling arbitration matters, commercial suits, and IPR-related litigation, while working closely with the Associate Partner. The Associate Partner.

leads a focused litigation team consisting of:

? 1 Senior Attorney (this position)

? 2 Commercial Attorneys handling drafting, appearances, and legal research

Key Responsibilities:

? Draft suits, claims, responses, and petitions across various commercial matters.

? Appear before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.

? Handle arbitration proceedings and IPR enforcement litigation.

? Brief Senior Counsel and coordinate on case strategy.

? Maintain case timelines and ensure smooth coordination on assigned matters.

Requirements:

? Strong knowledge of the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration Act, IBC, CPC, Contract Act, and IPR Laws

? Excellent drafting and advocacy skills

? Ability to handle litigation matters independently

? LLB with 2-4 years of post-qualification litigation experience

? Willingness to work full-time from our Nariman Point office
